I began my yoga journey in San Francisco in 1999. I love the transformation, clarity and connection yoga brings to the Self, especially off the mat.
In 2016, I trained to teach Anusara Elements yoga. The term Anusara (a-nu-sar-a) means 'flowing with Grace,'flowing with Nature' and 'following your heart.’ My teachers include: Max Strom, Seane Corn, Sianna Sherman, Shiva Rea and Bridget Woods Kramer.
I teach vinyasa flow and slow yoga classes with playfulness, alignment and grace.

Utilising breathing practices, yoga postures and meditation, this slow-paced flow is designed to balance your physical and mental strength and help you find long-lasting stability, clarity, and wellbeing. It will also expand your capacity to move, breath, and live well into the future.
This class is suitable for all levels, everybody is welcome.
