Lisa Harte

Lisa has been practising yoga for over 25 years, drawing strength, inspiration, harmony and spiritual growth from the yogic teachings.

Lisa trained with several masters in the Hatha tradition of Ashtanga Vinyasa and in Yin Yoga with Jo Phee.

She has continued to develop her Yin Yoga teaching skills to combine aspects of Myofascial release, to relieve tension in the muscles and connective tissues, Qi Gong, elements of Chinese Meridian Theory and Sound Therapy.

Lisa teaches slow flow Hatha, Yin and Myo-Yin Yoga classes with an emphasis on awareness of breath and movement, and on finding that moment of stillness and quiet.


Mondays (from 2nd December 2019)

1.00-2.00pm  Yin Yoga  £10 drop-in

Yin Yoga is a gentle form of yoga in which each posture is held for 3 to 5 minutes to slowly target the connective tissues of the body to improve the mobility in the ligaments, tendons, fascia and joints.

A Yin practise helps to bring balance to the body and mind, promoting a deep sense of wellbeing.

Suitable for all levels including beginners.
