Jessica Cooper

Jessica took her first yoga lesson in 2000 and has been interested in the connection of heart, body and mind ever since. She trained with Bridget Woods Kramer in the Anusara method and more recently with Sarah Ramsden in the teaching of yoga and functional movement to sports people and athletes. Jessica weaves elements of mindfulness and Daoist philosophy into her classes and uses the wisdom and insight from her work as a Reiki practitioner to help students evolve and restore on all levels. Her classes are dynamic and introspective, using intelligent alignment and playful movement to help students find space, calm and tranquility.

Classes

Saturdays 10.00-11.00am   Hatha Flow  £10 drop-in/£45 for 5 classes booked in advance
(from 3rd March)

This open level Hatha flow class is suitable for all, including beginners. You will build strength and flexibility in both body and mind, through playful movement and intelligent alignment. Moving with the breath, the class will lead you to contemplate and relax, allowing you to deepen your awareness and connection with the physical and emotional body and create the space you need to restore and evolve on all levels.
