Kundalini Yoga was brought to the West by Yogi Bhajan. It is considered one of the most comprehensive forms of all the yoga traditions.  It combines many practices such as meditation, mantra, physical postures and breathing techniques. It is a Royal (Raj) Yoga as it contains all eight aspects (limbs) of Yoga.

No previous experience in yoga is required for you to achieve undeniable benefits almost immediately. Over time this practice provides both physical and psychological health - including a balanced glandular system, strong nervous system, expanded lung capacity and clearing of emotional blocks   This open level class will help you build strength and mobility and you will question and deepen your relationship with movement, your body, breath, mind and self.  Kundalini yoga is known as the ‘Yoga of Awareness,’ when practiced students become aware of their highest potential.
