Em has been a lover of yoga for over 10 years. A keen runner, swimmer and occasional triathlete, Em started yoga to help with sports rehabilitation, but quickly found it beneficial for reducing stress in a busy office job (as well as for dealing with life’s challenges in general!).
Keen to share her love of yoga with others, Em enrolled in the Triyoga 350-hour teacher training diploma in 2017 and has enjoyed learning from Anna Ashby and Tony Watson. She volunteers with the GoodGym and teaches Yoga for Runners workshops at the end of group runs. She also provides yoga classes for office workers.
As a local SE Londoner, Em is delighted to be teaching at Studio Kooks, offering a fun, alignment-based approach to hatha yoga, in a beautiful setting.

6.00-7.00pm Open Level Hatha Yoga £10 drop-in (cash or card)
Em’s classes focus on alignment-based hatha yoga to build both strength and flexibility. Breath-work and meditation techniques will also be incorporated into class. This is an open level, and beginner friendly, so all are welcome.
