Claire’s philosophy is to deepen connection through the practices of yoga, whether to your body, your own heart, to your baby and family, or the wider community.

After stepping on a yoga mat for the first time in 1999, Claire had no idea it would be a huge adventure that would ignite her life and connect her deeply to her own soul. Since her first training in 2005, Claire has continued to study, becoming Anusara Inspired in 2013, and completing her Rasa Yoga advanced teacher training with Sianna Sherman in 2016.

Claire has a welcoming attitude to all who join her class, and effortlessly interweaves alignment with breath and heart to deepen your yoga practice.

11.15-12.15pm  Postnatal and Baby Yoga (from 16th April)

Babies from 8 weeks to crawling welcome with their Mums, Dads or Caregivers.

Looking after a baby can be exhausting as well as exhilarating.  These classes help you to bond deeply with your baby, as well as bringing tone back to those tired muscles as you reclaim your body.  Every week is different as we tune into the energy of the babies and integrate them more if they are unsettled, or if they are happy to hang out, there’s more work for you!  I interweave songs, stretches and baby massage along with functional anatomy to heal and tone your body.   

As a mum of two girls I approach these classes with humour and calm – which tends to help baby to chill out and sleep which is a blessing for all!  It never ceases to amaze newcomers that the babies even let mums have a 10 minute relaxation at the end of class!

7.15-8.30pm  Soulful Vinyasa Yoga  £12 drop in/£54 for 6 weeks

A transformational fusion of form and flow designed to light you up and soothe your soul.  

Join me for a life-affirming practice, connecting heart, breath and alignment. You will learn how to embody the principles of yoga, empowering you to feel more balanced, energised and grounded - both on and off the mat.

Flowing sequences blend with steady poses, always rooted in clear alignment and integrating patterns of movement with an underlying theme drawn from yoga philosophy and connected back into real life.

Claire teaches with warmth, authenticity and is down to earth.  Her ten years plus experience means she is skilled at offering classes for all levels so you can build your yoga practice from the foundation up.
