Cass has been practicing yoga and meditation for many years. As a yoga therapist, mindfulness teacher and psychotherapist she weaves together mind, body, and heart practices into each class, allowing her students to pause and develop self knowing awareness.
Having trained with the Minded Institute, Cass specialises in offering evidence based therapeutic yoga and mindfulness practices to clinical population. She is currently training with the Insight Yoga Institute and is mentored by Sarah Powers, who has opened up new and exciting ways of working in an integrated way, introducing her to: Internal Family Systems, Taoism and the Buddhist Dharma.

Yin yoga encourages holding poses for long periods to enhance energy or chi flow through the body. Yin yoga combined with mindfulness and inner practices is a transformative and healing practice to support body, mind and heart.
