I trained as a yoga teacher ten years ago with Dru yoga after experiencing the peace and calm I felt after my yoga sessions. I wish to offer my classes this same feeling of tranquility and an opportunity to relax and step out of their hectic lives. I have been teaching for eight years and assist the Dru London teacher training courses. I have further qualifications in back care, pregnancy yoga, meditation and children’s yoga and mindfulness.
This combination of training shapes my classes and offers a varied, gentle and fun approach to people of all ages and abilities.

Come and have fun with songs, stories and games infused with yoga poses. Children learn yoga through play and fun in a relaxed atmosphere. Mums and Dads can join in and enjoy it too while meeting like-minded parents and their little ones. Children can experience the benefits of yoga including flexibility, calmness and relaxation. The class ends with relaxation and we practice mindfulness and breathing exercises.
I love teaching children and my classes are fun and positive for everyone.
